President & CEO

Laura Pinsoneault

Laura has more than 20 years of evaluation, philanthropic strategy, organizational development, and leadership experience. Over the course of her career, she has worked on a wide range of issues to advance equity and build resilience in families, communities and the systems that surround them. Her approach prioritizes assets and engagement as drivers of solutions in areas of health, education, economic security, environment, and social entrepreneurship.

Through her leadership of Evaluation Plus, Laura brings extensive expertise in helping partners translate complex change ideas into meaningful results.  

Laura has devoted considerable leadership to building a deep and sustained commitment sharpening and expanding her skills to strengthen her capacity and the capacity of the field to create enduring change in communities. Evaluation Plus centers in all its work equity, inclusion and social justice.  As a founding board member of ¡Milwaukee Evaluation!, Inc. Laura supports emerging leaders from underrepresented walks of life in evaluation and organizational learning practices so that they are ready to support meaningful change.

Kristen has nearly a decade of nonprofit funder and program leadership experience, with strong skills in program development, project management, and evaluation. She has worked with individuals and organizations from a variety of sectors including education, financial stability, aging, healthcare, and biomedical research.

Naturally curious and analytic, Kristen is skilled at building relationships and trust to move groups toward a common goal. Through her work in academic medicine, Kristen has developed unique expertise and skills in bridging connections between healthcare, science, and community.

Prior to joining Evaluation Plus, Kristen was a Program Manager at the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kristen also served as a Portfolio Manager and manager of community impact at the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County.

Kristen is passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures. In her free time, she loves to grow beautiful flowers and tasty vegetables, bake sweet treats, and watch documentaries on just about anything.

Bridgid is a dedicated local high school student committed to making positive changes in the world. As a Special Project Assistant, Bridgid supports Evaluation Plus and our partners in everything we do from social media to project management to data management and visualization and more.

Bridgid is currently studying journalism, communications, and politics at Cardiff University. She is passionate about understanding the history of social movements and how they influence how we experience the world today. As an emerging youth evaluator, Bridgid brings a fresh perspective to evaluation approaches and methodologies.

Bridgid is a strong communicator. She helps ensure that how we talk about and implement evaluation can be understood by our partners who come to the table with all levels of evaluation experience. She is a talented writer, placing second in the 2016 Waukesha Reads Flash Fiction competition. She also received many honors throughout her high school career, including an International Baccalaureate diploma and membership in both the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. In her free time, she enjoys playing rugby, music, and writing.

Outside of Evaluation Plus, Bridgid is a hard-working student athlete. She plays rugby, enjoys horseback riding, playing the cello, songwriting and is self-taught on the electric guitar.

Agnes anchors her practice to embrace equity by inviting heart and mind in the journey to personal transformation and collective action. She leverages over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and philanthropy to host and nurture deep dialogue around equity and belonging.

Assists clients to achieve the broader impacts of their mission through professional consultation, research, strategic planning and assessment, systems management, data analysis, and grant services.
